Connect CRE, ApartmentBuildings.com Launch Awards for Multi-Family Excellence

In a first of its kind, Connect CRE and sister website ApartmentBuildings.com have jointly launched The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE. The awards program will honour advancement and achievement in the multi-family space, from dealmaking and development to technology and finance.

The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE will recognize excellence in multi-family in the U.S. and Canada. A total of 100 individuals and teams will be selected from across the two countries.

These multi-family leaders will be recognized in the following categories:

  • Dealmakers of the Year
  • Developers of the Year
  • Transactions of the Year
  • Innovators of the Year (Technology, Property Management, Financing, Sustainability, Affordability, Private-Public Partnership)

“At ApartmentBuildings.com, we believe home comes in many shapes and sizes—and that real communities are built by the people who bring those spaces to life,” said Daniel Ceniceros, Founder & CEO, Connect Media. “Whether it’s buying, building, leasing, or selling, it’s important to recognize the individuals who are shaping the multifamily landscape throughout North America and creating safe, vibrant places for people to call home.”
