BRP Opens New 950K-SF Logistics Centre in Saint-Philippe

BRP has inaugurated a new global logistics centre in Saint-Philippe, Que., designed to serve 2,050 powersports-product dealers in 110 countries.

The 950,000-square-foot facility consolidates the powersports-products company’s worldwide parts, accessories and apparel distribution operations in a single hub.

The facility is BRP’s largest distribution and logistics centre globally and will process more than 2.5 million orders annually while serving as the main hub for products shipped directly to consumers and dealers or redistributed through the company’s 16 other distribution centres worldwide.

“With the capacity to process more than 2.5 million orders per year, this centre enhances both the quality, speed and precision of the service we provide to our dealers and customers, while significantly improving our operational efficiency,” said Michael Long, global vice-president and general manager of parts, accessories and apparel at BRP. “As such, it is an essential component of our global operations and aligns with BRP’s long-term growth strategy.”

BRP said the Saint-Philippe facility centralizes operations previously spread across five sites in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que. The company selected the location because of its proximity to key markets in Quebec, Ontario, the Great Lakes region and the United States, as well as the area’s experienced workforce. The facility spans roughly the equivalent to 18 football fields, making it one of Quebec’s largest distribution and logistics hubs.

“The opening of this centre represents much more than just a new building,” said Saint-Philippe Mayor Christian Marin. “It reflects the economic vitality of our region, contributes to the prosperity of our community, and confirms Saint-Philippe’s appeal to international companies.”

To mark the opening, BRP announced a $75,000 donation over two years to support the schoolyard renovation project at Moussaillons-et-de-la-Traversée Elementary School in Saint-Philippe.

“At BRP, we are committed to making a positive contribution to the communities where we operate,” added Long. “We are pleased to be able to support this initiative, which will have a lasting impact on Saint-Philippe.”

BRP said its parts, accessories and apparel business generates more than $1 billion in annual revenue. The company said fiscal 2026 was a record year for the segment, with revenue rising nearly 10% and sales more than doubling over the past decade.
