Capital Tops Off Olive Residences Condo Project in Toronto

Capital Developments has topped off its 29-storey Olive Residences condominium development project in Toronto.

The project is located in the heart along the Yonge and Finch corridor in the heart of the North York area.

The construction milestone underscores the developer’s expanding presence in Toronto, with about 1.85 million square feet currently under construction. Olive Residences follows a string of recent milestones for Capital Developments, including the topping off of 11 Yorkville, ongoing construction at 8 Elm on Yonge, and the rise of Park Road, the Yorkville district’s first flatiron building.

“Olive Residences will build on Azura Condominiums, our first tower in the area, and deliver what we believe is the most premium tower in the node, appealing to renters and end-users,” said Carlo Timpano, Capital’s president.

Launched in early 2023, the Olive Residences project nearly sold out in its first quarter and broke ground by May of that year. Two floors were added in 2024, with only a few units remaining today.

Designed by Arcadis, with interiors by Michael London Design, the project offers custom kitchens, integrated appliances, and refined finishes. About 11,000 sf of amenities—including a terrace, VR sports room, bocce courts, and kids’ space—complement the tucked-away site near the Finch transit hub.

Occupancy is expected to begin in fall 2025.
