Carrie Morris is the managing partner and head of investor relations at Hazelview Investments, where she leads client solutions and experience, focusing on fostering a client-centric culture to ensure Hazelview’s investment solutions align with clients’ needs.

Hazelview, a global real estate investment firm, specializes in creating long-term value by actively investing in, owning, and managing real estate assets both publicly and privately. The firm’s integrated investment management platform spans more than 20 years and provides diversified access to global real estate markets.

Since joining Hazelview in 2005 as director of investor relations and corporate development, Morris has been pivotal in the firm’s growth which has grown to more than $12 billion in assets under management from about $150 million, contributing to numerous initiatives. Her work includes structuring public and private investment vehicles that broaden investor access to Hazelview’s real estate solutions.

As a leader in the organization, Morris is dedicated to mentoring women in real estate, regularly coaching female colleagues in the earlier stages of their careers.  Morris recognizes that by sharing her insights, experiences, and strategies that helped her navigate her career, she is helping to build a supportive network, strengthening a culture of inclusion and empowerment that can lead to organizational growth and success. 

With a client-focused approach and dedication to sustainable growth, Morris continues to guide Hazelview’s mission of creating value for people and places.
