Cdn Global Expands into GTA

Canadian brokerage firm Cdn Global has expanded into the Greater Toronto Area through a merger with Ellington Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

Ellington will be rebranded as Cdn Global. Industry veterans Joe Cianfarani, Rick Comish, and Scott Mulligan will oversee the new Toronto location.

With the expansion, Vancouver-based Cdn Global now has localized teams in all of Canada’s major markets, the company said in a news release.

Cdn’s offerings include industrial, office, and retail leasing, capital markets advice, investment sales, and commercial real estate advisory services. CEO and co-founder Agron Miloti said Cdn Global plans to recruit GTA front-line industrial and investment specialists immediately.
