CDNGLOBAL, Mohr Partner to Expand International Presence

Canada’s CDNGLOBAL and U.S.-based Mohr Partners have formed a partnership designed to expand their global footprint.

Vancouver-based CDNGLOBAL is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm. Its offerings include industrial, office, and retail leasing, capital markets advice, investment sales, and commercial real estate advisory services. 

Dallas-based Mohr is a global corporate real estate advisory and outsourcing company.

The privately owned companies agreed to partner after they began collaborating on c ross-border U.S. and Canadian client mandates in 2022.Altogether, the firms and their international partners have about 1,000 professionals in Mexico and Latin America; the U.K. and continental Europe, Middle East and Africa; and the Asia-Pacific region.

The professionals cover 70 cities throughout the world.

“The United States boasts the largest commercial real estate market globally, so having a strategic partner with 24 offices across the country and two more underway is a game-changer,” said Agron Miloti, CDNGLOBAL’s founder and CEO, in a news release.
