Colliers Appoints Kirkham as Vancouver Office MD

Colliers has appointed commercial real estate industry veteran Andrew Kirkham as the new managing director of its Vancouver office.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the leasing, operations, and optimization of the company’s Western Canadian real estate portfolio.

Kirkham joined Colliers from Kingsett Capital, where he served as the Toronto-based company’s vice-president for Western Canada. His versatile career experience includes leasing, operations, development and asset management.

“Andrew is a well-respected name across Western Canada in our industry,” said Kirk Kuester, executive managing director Kirk Kuester.

“His vast and trusted network relies on his expertise as a thought leader with years of experience supporting his reputation. He will be a valuable addition to our Vancouver brokerage team and an incredible asset in serving our clients.”

Kirkham act as the national task force liaison for NAIOP Vancouver and also serves on the chapter’s board.
