Colliers’ Hooper Represents Fiera on Two Vancouver Projects

(Clare Hooper is among the 2025 Canadian Next Generation Awards recipients, as selected by Connect CRE Canada. This profile explains how she stands out among her peers. Read about all of the award winners.)

By Amy Wolff Sorter

Clare Hooper is Colliers’ Strategy & Consulting’s Development Manager. She provides oversight and project management support for municipal entitlements, consultant engagement and coordination, community engagement, municipal staff coordination, and construction project management.

She is the owner’s representative for two very critical and complicated development projects in Vancouver’s Broadway area, both on behalf of Fiera Real Estate, the team’s largest client. The projects are complicated and require keen oversight.

In addition to her responsibilities towards her projects, Hooper supports the team by mentoring junior planners and leading design and master planning/massing requirements for feasibility projects.

Hooper’s architecture background has been very helpful to the team, allowing it to deliver complicated projects in-hours (rather than having to rely on external consultants). This supports quality delivery and cost control.

These are just a few reasons we chose Clare Hooper as one of Connect CRE Canada’s 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
