Colliers’ Kitcher Involved in Complex, High-Profile Projects

Lindsay Kitcher is Colliers’ Vice President of Enterprise Clients, Occupier Services Canada. She is responsible for fostering and maintaining national and international client relationships with a focus on collaboration, innovation and unparalleled client service.

She works closely with her clients to help align their real estate interests with short- and long-term business objectives. She draws on a broad range of industry experience to assist clients with portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, process development, governance and account oversight.

Kitcher brings over 20 years of experience in real estate account and transaction management, working with high-profile, large occupier clients on a regional, national, and global basis. She has been involved with complex, high-profile projects for some of Canada’s largest corporate organizations.

She is a proactive leader, problem solver and can manage expectations while delivering valuable solutions to her clients.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Lindsay Kitcher with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
