Colliers’ Niedra Specializes in Industrial Landlord Representation

A former Director of Leasing at Manulife, Daniel Niedra joined Colliers in early 2023, bringing his detailed, sophisticated, and analytical approach to deal-making to Ottawa’s industrial market.

Niedra, a landlord-representation specialist, secured an industrial listing portfolio of over one million square feet spanning 12 properties. In 2024, he leveraged his strong relationships, collaborating with other top leasing brokers in Colliers’ Ottawa office. He secured a significant listing with Rosefellow for a 500,000-square-foot industrial development in the city’s west end. The deal became the largest speculative build-to-suit transaction in a generation, encompassing a 15-year lease and generating over $1.4 million in fees for the company.

These are some of the reasons we selected Daniel Niedra as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
