Colliers’ Stolk Uncovers Off-Market Opportunities

(Connect has handed out its third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Evelyn Stolk.)

By Amy Wolff Sorter

Evelyn Stolk is a Colliers senior vice-president of industrial brokerage in Edmonton. Her production places her among the top professionals, yet she also serves as the primary point of contact for multiple billion-dollar companies.

Stolk is able to uncover off-market opportunities, simplifying highly complex transactions and pairing buyers and tenants in ways others might overlook. She is able to structure interdependent deals, often putting together multiple transactions.

Stolk is a team player who consistently delivers outstanding performance, with a willingness to go above and beyond for her clients and teammates.

She takes time out of her demanding schedule to mentor younger brokers, preparing them for long-term success in the industry. Despite consistently being named one of the top producers at Colliers, she still prioritizes supporting others,

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Evelyn Stolk with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
