During 2024, the team completed 107 transactions, totalling about 1.6 million square feet across 13 cities in six provinces.

One standout 2024 deal focused on representing a prominent post-secondary institution in its landmark 20-year, 180,000-square-foot lease for a vacant office tower in downtown Calgary’s west end. The unprecedented transaction will play a crucial role in revitalizing the area by attracting more than 1,500 students following a comprehensive and strategic capital upgrade program.
