Connect is seeking additional nominations for the Canadian Top Broker Awards.

The deadline has been extended to Thursday, February 22.

Canada’s commercial real estate market faced many challenges in 2023, due to rising interest rates, high office vacancy, hybrid work patterns and several other factors. However, leasing and sales brokers still scored significant deal successes.

Connect is preparing to spotlight the year’s leading dealmakers in the inaugural awards program, and we welcome your participation in nominating these top performers. 

Based on your nomination, we will recognize leading individual brokers or teams of brokers, including brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who focus on leasing. We will select national winners and recipients from the five regions that we cover daily: Pacific Canada, Alberta and the Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.

For lease deals Connect will consider 2023 deals based on total square footage. For sales transactions, total dollar volume will be measured.
