Connect Seeking Nominees for 2026 Canadian Next Gen Awards

Do you know any young persons in the commercial real estate industry who stand out because of their talent, drive and fresh ideas? Do you have any rising stars in your midst?

Connect is seeking nominees for its 2026 Next Gen Awards.

The honours will go to emerging CRE stars working across the country.

Please consider nominating a candidate. We’ll consider candidates in all sectors of commercial real estate—from leasing and development to investment and finance.

Based on your nominations, we’ll choose the most talented young pros working in commercial real estate. The winners will be announced in June.

Candidates must be 35 or younger on December 31, 2026. Last year’s winners are not eligible for consideration this year. Click here to submit a nomination.
