Connect Selects First Canadian Transactions of the Year Award Winners

Connect has handed out its first-ever Canadian Transactions of the Year Awards.

The awards recognize transactions completed and agreements signed in 2025 — including sales, lease, financing, and development deals and projects — that made an impact on the Canadian commercial real estate market.

Connect honoured qualitative, not necessarily quantitative transactions and the organizations and people that made them happen. The awards recognize the winners’ accomplishments in relation to properties based in both Western Canada and Eastern Canada, including: B.C., Alberta and the rest of the Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.

Connect recognized the achievements of individuals and teams and, in some cases, multiple parties —for example, the buyer and seller — involved in each transaction.
