Construction Begins on $230M Longueuil Condo Project
Devimco and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ have started construction on a new $230-million condominium project in Longueuil, Que.
The Myral development in suburban Montreal will include a 33-storey tower, condos 555 rental units and a ground-level retail space. Devimco and Fonds said the the project has presold more condo units than any other project on Montreal’s South Shore.
Myral will include 20,000 square feet of common areas. Amenities will include a lobby with a co-working space and lounge; a training room, a Scandinavian spa, a private dining room, an art studio, an outdoor pool with a barbecue, pergola, lounge and outdoor workout area; and, an urban chalet and terrace.
Fonds President and CEO Martin Raymond said the first units will be delivered in 2027.
