Courtemanche Ray Junior has begun preselling Phase 3 of its SkyBlü Condos Urbains project in the Montreal suburb of Mirabel, Que.

Located in the Cité Mirabel district, the third phase of the three-building project will comprise a new 15-storey residential tower built entirely of concrete. The project is now under construction.

The latest phase of the flagship development by developer Ray Junior Courtemanche’s firm builds on strong demand from earlier releases and continues to position the project among the most sought-after residential developments on Montreal’s North Shore, said the company.

Located in the heart of Cité Mirabel, the new tower offers 3½- and 4½-unit configurations designed to appeal to professionals, young couples, active retirees and investors seeking opportunities in a rapidly growing market.
