Commercial real estate industry leaders are set to assemble Wednesday at the 2025 Connect Canada Conference in downtown Toronto.

The afternoon event will be held at Malaparte on King Street West.

Mark Rose, chair and CEO of Avison Young and Peter Ballon, president of Royalhill Capital, will participate in a keynote-speaker conversation.

Meanwhile, Spear Realty Owner and Managing Director Diana Hoang; Howard Paskowitz, head of Canadian residential development for Starlight Investments; Sarah Segal, CEO of analytics firm symplydbs; and Spanier Group President Rob Spanier, along with several others, will participate in panel discussions.

The panelists will discuss the view from top leaders’ vantage point; development dealmaking and placemaking in the Greater Toronto Area; and evolving multi-family market conditions amid strong demand from investors, developers and financiers.
