Developers Break Ground on Suma Rental Condos
Omnia Technologies, Groupe HD, and Kastello Immobilier have broken ground on a new condominium-rental development in Montreal.
The mid-rise Suma project will comprise 66 condos on seven floors. The project is located near the Papineau metro station.
“This new rental project fits perfectly into the vision of this booming neighborhood and will provide future residents with high-quality homes close to services, shops, and public transportation,” adds Thomas Dufour, co-president of Groupe HD, in a news release.
Kastello is slated to take over the building’s management once the project is finished.
Laval, Que.-based Omni specializes in commercial property construction, including multi-residential and industrial developments. Groupe HD is a Quebec-based company that specializes in real estate investment, development and construction.
Based in Brossard, Que.-Kastello is an investment firm owned by the Fortin family. The company specializes in residential real estate investment in partnership with developers.
