Devimco, Partners Launch Palma Condo Project in Brossard

Groupe Devimco and its partners, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Fondaction, have launched Palma Condominiums, a $120-million multi-residential project in Solar Uniquartier on Montreal’s South Shore.

The 19-storey Brossard, Que., development will feature 313 units, including studios, one- to three-bedroom condos, and penthouses. Its architectural design includes undulating balconies on all four facades and a monochromatic white exterior.

Residents will have access to more than 8,000 square feet of common spaces, including a teleworking lounge, a gym, a spa with a dry sauna and hot tub, a rooftop terrace with a pool, and an urban chalet with pool tables and a bar. The development also incorporates a green roof and is surrounded by three parks, including a community garden.

Located near the Du Quartier station on the Réseau express métropolitain (REM), Palma will offer a 15-minute commute to downtown Montreal.

“This project marks an important milestone in the ongoing development of Solar Uniquartier,” said Laurent Messier, CEO and partner at Groupe Devimco. “With Palma Condominiums, Groupe Devimco reaffirms its commitment to architectural innovation while contributing to creating a vibrant community and an active lifestyle.”

Martin Raymond, president and CEO of Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, said the transit-oriented development site will integrate mixed uses, including residential, commercial, educational, and other business operations.

“I am convinced that this new phase of condominiums will appeal to buyers for whom real estate is a safe investment,” he said.
