Devmont and Sina have launched a new 141,000-square-foot dry warehouse in the Montreal borough of Ville Saint-Laurent.

Devmont, Sina Launch Saint-Laurent Industrial Development

Devmont and Sina have launched a new 141,000-square-foot dry warehouse in the Montreal borough of Ville Saint-Laurent.

The project is located in Saint-Laurent’s industrial park and has access to highways 13, 15, 20 and 40. The building is designed to be carbon-neutral and has obtained LEED Silver certification.

”We have been clear since 2009 that LEED Silver projects are a requirement in Ville Saint-Laurent to remain competitive as top of class for their industrial sector and welcome innovation in Ville St Laurent’,’ said Alan DeSousa, the borough’s mayor, in a news release. 

DeSousa took part in the project’s recent inauguration ceremony with other local officials and Devmont and Sina executives.

The building boasts a 36-foot ceiling and includes some office space.

Devmont is a Montreal-based real estate investment and development company. Sina is a Laval, Que.-based development and construction firm.
