The Dilawri Group has opened a new standalone purpose-built Land Rover dealership in North Vancouver, B.C.

The new dealership is located at 819 Automall Drive, expanding the brand’s footprint in the Lower Mainland. The newly constructed 34,000-square-foot facility offers dedicated sales and service in a space built to the latest global ARCH and ARCH Evo design standards.

“This facility brings together modern design, premium features, and client-focused amenities that embody the spirit of the Land Rover brand,” said Ajay Dilawri, a company co-founder.

The two-storey dealership includes a spacious showroom with room for eight vehicles, a special vehicle bespoke personalization studio, a vehicle-delivery bay, and a 360-degree reception barista. Additional client amenities include two lounges with refreshments and Wi-Fi, as well as open and enclosed consultation spaces designed for a modern retail experience.

Aftersales services are supported by a 6,160-sf shop with 13 bays for mechanical service, detailing and alignment, along with 1,400 sf of parts storage. The site also includes exterior public EV charging.

This is Dilawri’s second Land Rover location in the region, complementing Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver.
