DMA Buys Le Pivot Apartment Property in Quebec City for $150M: Reports

Douville Moffet and Associates has acquired the newly built Le Pivot apartment complex in Quebec City for approximately $150 million from Hectare, according to reports.

The 410-unit property is one of the largest recent multi-family transactions in the region, the reports state. Seller Hectare developed the property in four phases between 2019 and 2023.

DMA specializes in acquiring, managing and developing diverse commercial properties, including hotels, retail and office as well as multi-residential.
