Downtown Vancouver Retail Property Up for Sale

A prominent downtown Vancouver retail property is up for sale, according to a local broker.

The 32,160-square-foot site is located at the intersection of Granville and Robson streets, near an internationally reknown retail district located to the west along Robson.

The property has approximately 90,000 sf of leasable area and is currently 100% leased to several major Canadian and international retailers, according to a LinkedIn post by Mario Negris, a senior managing director with Marcus & Milichap in Vancouver. Tenants include Best Buy, TJX Companies, VANS, the North Face, and Sleep Country.

Negris indicated that he is marketing the property with Martin Moriarty of Marcus & Millchap and Jim Szabo, Tony Quattrin, and Vincent Minichiello of CBRE.

Multiple reports have identified development firm Bonnis Properties as the seller. Bonnis owns other nearby retail and entertainment properties.

Negris has yet to respond to a request for more information from Connect.
