DSV Selects 180RE Agency as Marketing Partner for Innisfil Project
DSV has named 180RE Agency as the marketing partner for a 1.3-million-square-foot distribution centre project in Southwestern Ontario.
“This partnership aims to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the state-of-the-art property, positioning it as a top choice for high-value tenants,” said DSV in a news release.
Denmark-based DSV is a global transportation and logistics company. DSV’s Canadian subsidiary is developing the project, which is located in Innisfil, Ont.
Scarborough, Ont.,-based 180RE ranks among industry leaders for its expertise in developing 3D rendering for commercial real estate firms.
“The collaboration has already generated significant market interest, with inquiries from top-tier businesses seeking premium industrial space,” said DSV.
Montreal-based investment and development firm Broccolini is also partnering with DSV on the project. Broccolini sold a 55-acre land parcel in Innisfil, Ont., to DSV for an undisclosed price and agreed to build the distribution centre on the site, the company said on LinkedIn. The property is situated along Highway 400 near Beach Road.
Innisfil is located about 55 kilometres north of Toronto. Preliminary construction work is already underway and an official groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for June.
DSV’s Canadian subsidiary, guided by Managing Director Rob Chanona, is expected to operate the distribution facility, which is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2025.
The vacant land parcel is one of two that are adjacent to each other. The other one, also owned by Broccolini, is listed for sale at a price of $28.5 million. CBRE listed both properties for Broccolini.
Montreal-based Broccolini is a family-owned construction, development and real estate services firm. Chief Investment Officer Michael Broccolini heads the real estate arm.
DSV is a global air, sea, road and rail freight, and contract logistics firm.
