Entrepreneurs Seeking Guidance on Data Centre Projects

Entrepreneurs are seeking guidance on data-centre development as investment in AI-infrastructure development is expected to rise in coming years.

Investors are proceeding optimistically but cautiously amid increased geopolitical tensions and difficult underlying market conditions according to multiple reports. Entrepreneurs will receive insights on how to identify and navigate the future opportunities during at keynote session at the Connect North American Investment in Digital Infrastructure & AI conference in Montreal on Feb. 11.

Billy Krassakopoulos, a pioneer in Quebec data-centre development industry, will share lessons that he has learned from ventures that did not go as expected, the reasons for early wins, and the best—and worst—advice that influenced key decisions along the way. Krasskopoulos, CEO of Enovum, will also explore leadership in high-growth, high-risk environments, including how to build strong teams, evaluate partners and talent, and foster collaboration.

Enovum operates mission-critical digital infrastructure powered by renewable hydroelectricity in Montreal. The company maintains a 100% carrier-neutral facility, supported by multiple redundant dark-fibre paths and access to all major carriers locally.

In the comprehensive session, Krasskopoulos will also explain how Enovum deploys renewable energy to set the company apart from its competitors.
