EQ Bank Opens New Office in Calgary’s Beltline District
EQ Bank has opened a new office in Calgary’s Beltline district.
The Beltline is located just south of downtown and ranks as one of Calgary’s oldest areas. The new office is located at 909 11th Avenue S.W. and has space to nearly double the online bank’s staff, according to Postmedia.
“(We are) super excited to be launching and leading our bank in the West for this growth,” Michael Wolfe, vice-president of residential credit at EQ Bank, told Postmedia.
Toronto-based EQ has operated in Calgary since 2006. The move marks the bank’s fourth expansion in the Southern Alberta city since then.
The bank also has offices in Vancouver, Halifax, Saskatoon, Regina and Montreal.
