EY has acquired Ignite Strategic to strengthen the global financial services firm’s real estate transaction advisory business segment in Alberta.

Calgary-based Ignite was founded by David Ford and Jeremy Tomalin-Reeves and has built a strong foothold in the Alberta market over the past 16 years, according to EY. Working with residential, mixed-use, resort and public sector real estate clients, Ignite engages in early-stage strategy and capital facilitation to unlock and enhance asset value to create optimal development solutions.
