First National’s Alvaro Leads with Clarity, Resilience

In her position as Senior Director and Team Lead with First National, Patricia Alvaro leads with clarity, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset that has earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. She has over 30 years in the industry, joining First National in 2009.

Her leadership was especially pivotal during the subprime crisis, where she steered mortgage operations with steadiness and foresight. Today, she continues to lead a high-performing inside sales team that consistently delivers incremental revenue year over year.

Alvaro mentors women in commercial real estate, offering guidance, encouragement, and insight that have helped countless professionals grow and thrive. Her ability to read team dynamics and foster a stable, solution-oriented environment makes her a grounding presence in any room.
