Foodtastic Acquires Archibald Restaurants

Foodtastic has acquired Archibald Restaurants for an undisclosed price.

The franchisor said it has completed the acquisition and is looking to expand the Quebec-based chain’s footprint.

“We see tremendous potential in expanding the Archibald concept and are eager to embark on this journey,” said Peter Mammas, Foodtastic’s president and CEO.

The company said it has ambitious plans to open several new Archibald restaurants over the next 24 months to further solidify the brand’s presence across Quebec and within Canada.
