Foreman Does Brokerage Differently

After starting in the commercial real estate industry as an assistant about two decades ago, Jolene Foreman now heads her own boutique brokerage company.

With offices in North Vancouver and New Westminster, Custom Realty provides sales, leasing, property management, strata management and single-use management services for clients across the B.C. Lower Mainland. Clients include investors, landlords and tenants.

“She is a pioneer in the industry by doing things different than most brokerages and making sure that there is true support and mentorship,” says an employee who nominated her. “She has been open to sharing her knowledge, empowers me to make my own decisions and is there when I need support. I feel confident to provide excellent service to our clients thanks to her training and support.”

Before leading Custom, Foreman was an associate broker and strata, property and operations manager with Pacific Asset Management.

Prior to joining Pacific, she headed operations for North Vancouver-based Custom Property Services, which provided maintenance and janitorial services to investment rental properties. The company pivoted into Custom Realty in 2015 after Foreman took the helm.

Outside of Custom, she sits on the board of the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce and serves on the City of New Westminster’s economic development advisory committee. She has also been a member of New Westminster’s intelligent city advisory committee.
