Proposed 45-storey condo project in Toronto

Forest Gate Seeking to Develop 45-Storey Condo Project

Forest Gate Group is proposing to develop a 45-storey mixed-use condominium project in Toronto’s Etobicoke district.

Vaughan, Ont.-based Forest Gate has applied to the city to redevelop a 10-storey rental apartment building at 4875 Dundas Street, according to multiple reports. Plans call for 488 residences comprising 432 condominium units and 56 rental suites.

If approved, the project would include ground-floor retail spaces.

Graziani + Corazza Architects is serving as the tower’s designer.
