
Forest Helps Women Advance in CRE

Mylène Forest has held leadership positions in the property management sector for the past two decades.
Forest is currently the vice-president of property management for Groupe Brivia in Montreal.
Brivia is a real estate developer and investor with a growing number of major assets under management and projects to its credit in Montreal, Quebec City, the Greater Toronto Area and Vancouver. Forest has also held executive, director and management positions with COGIR, a major management, investment and construction company which has interests in hundreds of rental apartments and seniors residences, among other properties; and institutional investment firm Timbercreek Asset Management.
In addition, Forest is the outgoing president of CREW’s Montreal chapter, known as CREW M, and has strived to advance women in commercial real estate in many other ways. She also served four terms, from 2011 to April 2023 as president of the Quebec Real Estate Owners Corporation (CORPIQ) board.
