Forum, Axxys Launch Lustra in Terrebonne

Forum and Axxys have begun construction on the first phase of the Lustra multi-family rental development project in the Montreal suburb of Terrebonne, Que.

Lustra is located 2905 Boulevard de la Pinière and has easy access to public transportation, major highways, and close proximity to the Promenades Terrebonne shopping centre.

The project will comprise over 250 rental units developed in three phases.

Preleasing for the first phase, which will consist of about 100 units spread across seven floors, will start in Spring 2025. The first residents will have the opportunity to move in as early as summer 2025.

Amenities in the first phase will include a tenant lounge equipped with a gas fireplace, a kitchenette, and a shared workspace. In the second and third phases, a gym and indoor and outdoor playgrounds for both children and adults, will be added.

Such other amenities as indoor and outdoor parking, bicycle storage spaces, and electric charging stations will also be available.
