GoBolt’s Ang Cracks Forbes’ Top 30 List
GoBolt co-founder and CEO Mark Ang has cracked Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in the manufacturing industry leaders segment.
Ang, 27, was recognized for his efforts to make the logistics sector more sustainable. Toronto-based GoBolt is a self-described technology firm that also owns and operates industrial real estate while providing fulfillment and distribution services.
“Moments like this give you pause to reflect on just how far you’ve come and also how far you have left to go,” said Ang in a news release.
He founded the company with Heindrik Bernabe in 2017. GoBolt owns and operates a growing network of warehouses across North America, along with one of the continent’s largest electric-vehicle delivery fleets. The company aims to provide carbon-neutral deliveries by the end of 2023.
GoBolt also designs and builds transportation and warehouse management apps. Revenue should top US$100 million this year, and the company has obtained US$200 million in funding this year, Forbes reported.
GoBolt’s global retail partners include IKEA, ZARA, Rove Concepts, and Frank and Oak.
