Great Gulf Revamps Leadership Team, Structure
Diverse investment, development and construction firm Great Gulf has bolstered its senior leadership team with two new positions and another key hire.
Jay Wong has been appointed to the new position of president of Great Gulf’s resorts and leisure business, the Toronto-based company announced in a news release. Meanwhile, Corinne Pruzanski has joined the firm as chief legal officer and Kristopher Wojtecki has assumed the new role of COO.
Wong, a veteran hospitality industry leader, joined Great Gulf from Exclusive Resorts, a members-only luxury travel club. He arrives as Great Gulf is developing a 1,000-acre resort in Killington, Vermont.
Pruzanski has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, most recently with Canadian Apartment Properties REIT. She is replacing departing CLO Tom Griffiths. Wojtecki moved to Great Gulf from the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, where he was the managing director of real estate located in Canada and the U.S.
Great Gulf’s major projects and activities span the entire real estate forum in both countries.
