Greyspring Expands Montreal Apartment Portfolio

Greyspring Apartments has expanded its Montreal portfolio through two recent acquisitions.

In the latest deal, Greystone announced the purchase of 355 Deguire Boulevard in the cityโ€™s Saint-Laurent borough. The 11-storey concrete structure contains 180 residential units.

The property is located near two other Greystone apartment complexes on Deguire Boulevard. With the acquisition, said Greystone, the company now has about 550 multi-family units in Saint Laurent.

The seller and financial terms were not disclosed.

Greyspring has also acquired a 10-building apartment complex in the Saint-Leonard neighbour. The property is located at the intersection of Belanger Street and Lacordaire Boulevard. It contains 412 units and encompasses 257,523 square feet.
