Groupe HD, Kastello, CPD Launch Montreal MF Mixed-Use Project

Groupe HD, Kastello Immobilier and CPD have launched a $150-million multi-family mixed-use redevelopment project in the Saint-Michel neighbourhood in Montreal.

The project will comprise a six-storey residential complex with 380 rental units and about 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The investment is part of the ongoing revitalization of the Saint-Michel area.

“By harnessing the potential of this evolving sector, Groupe HD is once again committed to creating sustainable living environments that align with the transformation of neighbourhoods and the people who live in them,” said Thomas Dufour, co-president of Groupe HD.

The redevelopment site is located near Frédéric-Back Park, the Cirque du Soleil headquarters, and the TOHU. The Saint-Michel metro station is within walking distance.

The site also benefits from access to public transportation and proximity toto essential services, including retail outlets, schools, and healthcare facilities.
