GWLRA Breaks Ground on Celo MF Project

GWL Realty Advisors has commenced construction on its Celo rental-apartment project in North Vancouver, B.C.

North Vancouver city council unanimously approved the firm’s multi-family development application in the summer of 2024.

The development site is located at 140 West 19th Street in the central Lonsdale area. Plans call for a six-storey building to contain 91 rental units. Amenities will include a tenant lounge, fitness centre co-working spaces, pet-friendly station such as a dog run and pet-wash station, along with a children’s play area. All are part of GWLRA’s goal to foster a strong sense of community within the building.

“Breaking ground on this project reinforces our long-standing commitment to creating high-quality rental housing in North Vancouver and across Canada,” said Glenn Way, president of GWLRA.

Toronto-based GWLRA expects Celo’s doors to open to residents in 2027.
