Heather McGeown, associate vice-president at Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, has 18 years of diverse commercial real estate experience.

With expertise on both the landlord and tenant sides, McGeown offers clients a well-rounded perspective, delivering exceptional results through her professionalism and dedication.

Specializing in retail leasing and investment sales across Atlantic Canada, McGeown leverages her extensive market knowledge to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her understanding of the industry enables her to deliver valuable insights at every stage of the real estate process.

She has held senior positions in Halifax and Toronto with numerous commercial real estate companies and organizations, including: Crombie REIT, Realspace Management, Summit Industrial Income REIT, Dream Unlimited, Altus Group and CBRE, among others. Her roles have ranged from analyst to sales and leasing representative to portfolio manager.

Beyond her professional work, McGeown is a dedicated community and industry advocate. She actively volunteers with Girl Guides of Canada and serves on the boards of CREW Nova Scotia and BOMA Nova Scotia, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and regional growth.

These are just some of the reasons why McGeown has received a Canadian Women in Real Estate Award.
