High Tide Opening New Canna Cabana Store in Winnipeg

High Tide will open a new Canna Cabana recreational cannabis store in Winnipeg on Friday.

The store at 481 River Avenue will be the firm’s 159th Canna Cabana-branded location in Canada, the 11th in Manitoba and the sixth in Winnipeg, which is the province’s capital and largest city. In addition to selling cannabis products, the store will sell consumption accessories for adult use.

“Becoming meaningfully cash-flow positive prior to the end of this calendar year has opened up space for us to hit the gas pedal again on new organic store openings across the country,” said Raj Grover, High Tide’s founder and CEO, in a news release.

The new Winnipeg store is among three Canna Cabana locations that Calgary-based High Tide is in the process of launching. New Canna Cabana locations opened earlier this week in Saskatoon and Vancouver.
