Hilton, Easton, Gupta Open New Downtown Toronto Hotel
Hilton, Easton Group of Hotels and the Gupta Group have opened a new 224-room hotel in downtown Toronto.
The Revery Toronto Downtown is located at 92 Peter Street in the heart of the city’s entertainment district. The development is Hilton’s first Curio Collection hotel in Ontario.
“With its fast-growing portfolio of over 160 properties in top destinations, each Curio Collection by Hilton is celebrated for its remarkable character and one-of-a-kind experiences,” said Jenna Hackett, senior vice-president of Hilton’s lifestyle brands, in a news release.
The hotel’s design features a theatre motif. The Muse Lobby Bar serves as a modern “concession stand,” and the check-in area serves as a “box office” for guests “under the marquis lights and monochromatic checkerboard concrete tiles.”
“There, [guests] can explore the modern check-in pods, with big screen backdrops playing classic black-and-white movies and historic images of Toronto’s landmarks,” said Hilton.
Amenities include a French-inspired restaurant, Deauville Club; the private Gupta meeting and entertainment room; a cinema room and Easton’s boardroom.
