Honestly Good Chicken Fingers Opens New Location at Toronto’s Stock Yards Village
Honestly Good Chicken Fingers has opened a new location at Toronto’s Stock Yards Village, giving the fast-casual restaurant chain four locations in the region.
Currently in a soft-opening period, the new fast-casual restaurant is located in the heart of the outdoor shopping centre, providing shoppers with an affordable dining option in one of Toronto’s major retail and entertainment destinations. The opening follows the company’s recent expansion to Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, Ont.
“We identified Stock Yards Village early in our expansion strategy because of its strong community mix and steady traffic from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA),” said Naomi Kempkes, co-founder and president of Honestly Good. “We’ve been fortunate to see support from a wide range of communities at all of our locations, and we’re confident that both visitors to Stock Yards Villages and local West Toronto residents will continue that trend.”
Honestly Good Chicken Fingers specializes in made-to-order chicken fingers prepared with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices. The company says it sources ingredients from suppliers that meet its standards for quality and freshness.
The Stock Yards Village restaurant joins existing locations in Toronto’s Etobicoke area, The Well in downtown Toronto and Vaughan Mills. The company said the new opening supports its plans to expand further across Canada and the United States.
“The concept was born in the GTA, so expanding here always carries special meaning for us,” says Kempkes. “The response from guests has been incredible, and it reflects a clear demand for high-quality, simple and well-executed food. That success is helping fuel our next phase of growth across North America.”
