Immo Leads Purchase of Montreal Apartment Portfolio

A group headed by Immo Alliances has acquired a Montreal 25-building apartment portfolio, says a published report.

The portfolio in Montreal’s Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood spans 25 buildings containing 248 units, along with two redevelopment sites folloing a fire at 2012-2022 Westmore Avenue, according to the report, which states that the group bought the properties from family-owned Lacopar. The buyers include include DeveloplexOREA Real Estate Holding and Jean Sebastien Bergeron Gagne, according to the report.

Immo confirmed its purchase in the report with Denis Gallico, the firm’s acquisition and real estate development strategist, telling his interviewer that the company wanted to balance its portfolio with relatively large units generating reasonable rents.

The portfolio was 98% leased as of October 2025 and includes a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units along with studios and bachelor suites in buildings located on Patricia and Westmore avenues, 7375 Sherbooke St., and 7320 Harley Ave. And, plans call for the development of about 50 unites at the fire-damaged sites, according to the report.
