International Workplace Expands into New Brunswick Marketplace

International Workplace Group has expanded into New Brunswick through the opening of two new co-working locations in Moncton.

The company has opened a Regus-branded location at 720 Main Street and an inaugural HQ outlet at Commerce House, located at 236 Saint George Street. The openings are part of IWG’s continued expansion in accordance with rising demand for flexible workspaces, said the company.

About 80% of new flexible-office locations are in smaller towns and suburbs, according to IWG. The new Moncton workspaces give IWG seven in Atlantic Canada, including five existing locations in Halifax and Dartmouth, N.S.

Terri Pozniak, IWG’s country manager for Canada, said New Brunswick remains a key priority as the company boosts its coast-to-coast expansion plans.

“We are very pleased to work in partnership with both building owners under a management agreement to meet the demand for flexible workspaces in the region,” said Pozniak.

Both Moncton locations provide workspace for established firms, small businesses and entrepreneurs. IWG also allows occupiers to design their own spaces, which include private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces.

Zug, Switzerland-based IWG operates thousands of co-working locations in 120 countries.
