Ivanhoé Cambridge, PIMCO Complete London Office Redev

Ivanhoé Cambridge and PIMCO Prime Real Estate have competed an office-building redevelopment project in London.

The Stonecutter, located in the heart of London, comprises a 240,000-square-foot, 93% leased tower standing 13 storeys.

The redevelopment project boosted the building’s lettable, or rentable, area by 66%. Stonecutter was built with one of the lowest embodied carbon inputs in London, according to an Ivanhoé Cambridge news release.

Montreal-based Ivanhoé Cambridge is the real estate arm of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

New York-headquartered PIMCO is a leading global real estate investor and manager.
