Jagger Tackles Rental Housing Shortage

As a principal with the Vancouver-based Goodman Group, Cynthia Jagger has worked on some of the city’s most complex and high-profile transactions, completing more than $2 billion in sales volume in the past few years.
She co-authors the multi-family real estate brokerage firm’s widely read Goodman Report, which provides updates on the Metro Vancouver rental apartment sector’s acquisitions, dispositions and developments.
In addition, Jagger serves on the board of the Urban Development Institute’s Vancouver chapter, liaising with industry stakeholders and policymakers to shape the future of the city and B.C. As vice-chair of the chapter’s rental housing committee, she is at the forefront of discussions concerning Canada’s rental housing shortage..
As a frequent panelist, she has provided insights at real estate forums hosted by provincial and national organizations, including the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference, the Vancouver Real Estate Forum while also guesting on the Commercial Real Estate Podcast.
She has led her Goodman team to record transactions and also provided more than a decade of appraisal services for Altus Group and DTZ Barnicke.
When she is not assisting the industry, Jagger donates her time and expertise to B.C. Children’s Hospital as a member of its real estate, construction and development committee.
