Kathy Kolodziej is a JLL Executive Vice President. Her 25-year career in real estate showcases a comprehensive understanding of the industry, while her tireless efforts in giving back, both professionally and philanthropically, truly set her apart.
She joined JLL’s industrial team in late 2018. These days, she provides her comprehensive expertise in lease administration, transactions, project and design management, and facilities management across all asset classes.
Kolodziej has an unwavering commitment to nurturing talent in the real estate sector. She is a dedicated mentor, training associates, facility managers and lease administrators. She assists management in educating new real estate associates and support staff through structured lunch-and-learns and training sessions. Kolodziej frequently participates in panels discussing educational and career paths and serves as the SIOR Vice President for the Canada Central chapter.
Kolodziej supports charitable and nonprofit events, having recently participated in the Princess Margaret Walk to Conquer Cancer. She plays an active role in coordinating the annual Toy Drive, supporting United Way in the Peel Region, and is a consistent volunteer at local food banks.
