Kacar has Closed $4B-Plus in CRE Mortgage Loans

As First National Financial’s director of commercial financing, Ana Kacar prepares detailed loan summaries for construction, acquisition, refinancing, assumption, and renewal of commercial real estate across Canada. The properties have market values ranging from $10 million to over $250 million.

Kacar has underwritten and closed over $4 billion in commercial real estate loans, including conventional and CMHC-insured loans. One significant achievement involved closing a CMHC $400-million construction loan, one of the largest transactions in the Greater Toronto Area.

She is a mentor for First National Financial’s “The Growth Exchange” mentorship program and the Women’s Connection Speed Mentoring event. Kacar also participates in the First National Women’s Connection Speed Mentoring event,

She serves on the board of the Serbian Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) and has been a youth coach for the Rise Youth Small Business Program. Additional community endeavours include Walk & Talk, a mentoring program for Canadian newcomers.

Kacar is a CFA Charterholder.
