By Amy Wolff Sorter

Harp Khela is Century 21’s Top Commercial Real Estate Broker worldwide.

Specializing in the disposition and acquisition of large land parcels for local and international investors, Khela represents international high-calibre buyers and sellers in deploying capital that supports transformative investments in the 33-million-acre commercial and residential Fraser Valley Regional District.

Khela’s track record and transaction history total hundreds of millions of dollars, most of which have directly contributed to the evolution and transformation of the Fraser Valley’s burgeoning economic center.

Khela also chairs the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association (DSBIA)’s Executive Board and supports local programs and initiatives to transform Surrey into BC’s largest economic hub.

These are some of the reasons we selected Harp Khela as one of Connect CRE Canada’s Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
